Create a free PouchPlug account — that's it. You're enrolled automatically and start earning on your very next order. Points need an account, so guest checkouts don't earn.
02When do my points show up?
Points land in your account as soon as your order ships. You can see them on the way: the cart and checkout show exactly how many points each order will earn.
03How do I use my points?
Once you have at least 100 points ($1), tap "Use my points" in your cart or at checkout, or pick an exact amount. Every 100 points takes $1 off your order.
04Do my points expire?
No. Your points never expire — save them up or spend them right away, your call.
05What do I earn points on?
Points are based on what you spend on products, after any discounts. Shipping and taxes don't earn points.
06Can I use points with a coupon?
Yes — points stack with coupon codes, so you can use both on the same order.
07What if something goes wrong with my order?
We don't issue refunds. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll send a replacement or give you store credit as points in your account. If an order is cancelled, the points it earned are removed, and any points you used on it go back into your account.
08How does refer-a-friend work?
Share your personal link or code. Your friend gets 10% off their first order, and once it ships you get 500 points. There's no limit on how many friends you can refer.
