2. Who We Work With

We work exclusively with Canadian retailers, distributors, and resellers. Our service is intended for B2B clients only.

3. Account Approval

All wholesale applications are reviewed by our team. We may request additional details to verify your business before approving your account.

4. Order Fulfillment

We typically ship orders within 1 business day from one of our Canadian fulfillment centers. Orders are routed based on the fastest shipping option available.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in CAD and may change without notice. Payment is required before shipping. We accept major credit cards and approved invoicing options.

6. Taxes

Provincial and federal taxes are applied at checkout unless a valid exemption is provided during signup.

7. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 48 hours.

8. Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed or damaged during transit, we’ll help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier to resolve it quickly.
