1. No Returns on Nicotine Products

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any nicotine pouches, even if unopened. All sales are final once shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a fast resolution, include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the package and products
  • Details of the issue

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Out-of-stock items

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
